WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM??

What’s your problem? There are a million and one reasons why relationships go through difficulties. There may be external factors that have put pressures and stresses on your relationship – such as problems at work, a new baby, money, difficulties with other family members, etc. Infidelity could be another reason. There may not have been one incident in itself, but a gradual build up of resentment and bitterness over the years caused by smaller disagreements that have taken their toll on the relationship. The little things that you always saw as ‘cute’ and ‘adorable’ when you first got together now might grate on you intensely. It is interesting to note that traditionally infidelity has been the number one reason cited in divorce cases. However according to a 2011 study by accountancy firm Grant Thornton in the UK, ‘growing apart’ and ‘falling out of love’ are now the most common reasons cited for divorce.

TOO MUCH SALT IS BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH

Image
Too much salt is bad for you, particulary because it is associated with an increased risk of heart problems — but how much is too much? A new study suggests that we may not have to worry so much about how salty we like our food to be. A new international study suggests that we may want to rethink how much salt is actually harmful. Table salt, which we commonly use to season our food, contains sodium. Sodium, if often ingested in large quantities, can lead to a range of cardiovascular problem including hypertension The World Health Organization (WHO) say that a person should not consume more than  2 grame of  sodium per day, which is about 5 grams of salt per day. The American Heart Association (AHA) recommend no more than 2.5 grams of sodium per day, though they state that the ideal intake is of no more than  1.5 grams  per day for an adult. However, researchers from a range of international institutions — including McMaster University and Hamilton Health Science

BLOOD GROUP INFORMATION

★ Blood Type Chart: Facts and Information on Blood Group Types • • • • • • Main Document When a person's blood is analyzed under a microscope distinct blood differences are visible. In the early 20th century, an Austrian scientist named Karl Landsteiner classified blood according to those differences. Landsteiner observed two distinct chemical molecules present on the surface of the red blood cells . He labeled one molecule "A" and the other molecule "B". Blood Types (Groups) A blood type (also called a blood group) is defined as the classification of blood based on the presence or absence of inherited antigenic substances on the surface of red blood cells (RBCs). A series of related blood types constitutes a blood group system, such as the Rh or ABO system. The frequencies of the ABO and Rh blood types vary from population to population. • • • • • • • • There are eight different common blood types, which are determined by the presence or absence of

TYPES OF GENOTYPE----What are the??

What are types of genotype in human beings? Different types of genotype - how many types of genotype we have? Types of genotype - What are they? What is genotype? Genotype and phenotype? Genotype - a set of all genes of the cells (of the body), localized in the nucleus (chromosomes) or in different replicate structures in the cytoplasm (mitochondria, plastids, and plasmids, etc.). Organisms with the same genotype of the system under development in different external conditions may see the arise of sharply distinctive features, that is the type of genotype characterized by the norm of reaction. Norm of reaction occurs in response to any fluctuations in the environment, where there is the development of an organism. For example, red flowers of the primrose, which are grown at ambient temperatures of 15-20 °C, change into white when kept at an ambient temperature of 30-35 °C and high humidity. Types of genotype - What are they? From where do we get our genotypes? The re

What you need to know on Hepatitis A

Overview Hepatitis A is a highly contagious liver infection caused by the hepatitis A virus. The virus is one of several types of hepatitis viruses that cause inflammation and affect your liver's ability to function. You're most likely to get hepatitis A from contaminated food or water or from close contact with a person or object that's infected. Mild cases of hepatitis A don't require treatment. Most people who are infected recover completely with no permanent liver damage. Practicing good hygiene, including washing hands frequently, is one of the best ways to protect against hepatitis A. Vaccines are available for people most at risk. Symptoms Hepatitis A signs and symptoms typically don't appear until you've had the virus for a few weeks. But not everyone with hepatitis A develops them. If you do, hepatitis signs and symptoms can include: Fatigue Sudden nausea and vomiting Abdominal pain or discomfort, especially on the upper right side beneath your
